The Texas Alzheimer’s Research and Care Consortium (TARCC) is a collaboration between eleven of the state’s leading medical research institutions, working to improve early diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease and related brain disorders.

  • Enable cutting edge research to enhance our understanding, detection, surveillance, treatment, and prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease and related disorders
  • Promote a comprehensive model of care that embraces caregivers as well as patients across the state
  • Establish interdisciplinary scientific collaborations among Texas medical research institutions and AD researchers to create a valuable statewide resource for the study of Alzheimer’s Disease and related brain disorders
